Nick Thomas is a veteran of the financial services industry, bringing nearly 30 years of experience—with over two decades rooted in the mortgage space. A gifted communicator and high-performance strategist, Nick has spent the last eight years as a National Sales Coach, working alongside hundreds of loan officers, sales leaders, and business owners to help them clarify their vision, grow their impact, and lead with purpose.
In his current role as Director of Business Development, Nick is focused on attracting top-tier talent, building strategic partnerships, and supporting loan originators with the tools, structure, and support they need to thrive in today’s market. He brings a proven track record in coaching, recruiting, and leadership development—leveraging real-world experience to deliver measurable growth and long-term success.
Nick is also the founder of Leadership Dynamic 360 (LD360), a leadership and consulting platform designed to reduce attrition and increase engagement by aligning people with their natural strengths and core values. He is certified in multiple assessment tools including DISC, Innermetrix, Crucial Conversations, and the John Maxwell Leadership Program.
Nick earned his degree in Business from Belmont University and lives in Nashville with his wife Casey and son Austin. He’s passionate about faith, family, fitness, and helping others maximize their potential—living each day with intention and impact.
