Dan serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of Bay Capital Mortgage. With more than 40 years in the mortgage business, he has helped countless individuals and families navigate the process of financing a home.
He believes every client is unique, with different circumstances, goals, and priorities. His approach is simple: listen, understand what matters most, and develop a financing plan tailored to each client’s needs. He takes pride in providing honest guidance and being someone his clients can trust throughout the process.
Dan earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 1985 and began his mortgage banking career shortly thereafter. He and his wife, Gwen, raised their three children in Dunkirk, Maryland, where Dan also spent many years coaching soccer and lacrosse and volunteering at their local Catholic church.
Today, Dan and Gwen call Tracys Landing home. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and boating, but his favorite time is spent with his six grandchildren.
With more than four decades of mortgage experience, Dan understands that a home loan is about much more than numbers and paperwork. It’s about listening, providing honest guidance, and helping people make confident decisions about their future.
