Brad has been in the mortgage industry since 1984. He spent 24 of those years with JP Morgan Chase. In 2010, Brad became a Partner with Bay Capital Mortgage and currently holds the title of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Brad is considered a specialist in assisting first time home buyers and move-up buyers using USDA, FHA and conventional financing programs. He has also facilitated in helping Veterans achieve home-ownership by using the VA loan program. 

 

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
